PROCESS

At first the maize/seeds are polished
through the grinding machine to clean dust and small husk
afterwards vibrating cleaner separates undersize and
malnutreous seed. Now the fine seeds taken to the cooker,
where it is cooked with the stream supplied by the boiler
machine. At last the streamed (cooked) maize/seeds taken to
flaker machine for flaking of above. The flaked maize is
threw up by the pankha attached to flaker Machine to a
little distance furthure these are to be sun dried and ready
for packing.
REQUIREMENTS ::

Built up area 2000-2500 sq.ft and
fudd min about 2000 sq. ft.
